Their two-year relationship came to a bitter end last week when the Bake Off star accused his ex of “courting the paps”.
Now, Summer Monteys-Fullam is reportedly planning to sue Paul Hollywood over what she describes as “highly defamatory statements”.
The 24-year-old beauty firmly denied the accusations made and claimed that the 53-year-old TV personality tried to pressure her into signing a non-disclosure agreement.
Yesterday, Summer took to Instagram to say that she was left with no choice but to ring up her lawyers.
It read: “I am very disappointed and distressed by false and highly defamatory statements that Paul has made about me online since our break-up.
“I have had no alternative but to instruct my solicitors Brett Wilson LLP to pursue legal proceedings against Paul in order to obtain vindication.
Before finishing: “I have never courted publicity over my relationship with Paul and I am deeply disappointed that our relationship has ended in this way.”

Last Tuesday, the former barmaid broke her silence on their split, saying: “His claims that I’m making money selling stories are totally false”.
“I felt so betrayed by the NDA, particularly with how much pressure Paul and his lawyers put me under to sign it!”
The former flames met back in 2017 when Paul organised a party for his now ex-wife, Alexandra, in the bar where Summer worked.

Summer later moved in with the silver-haired star in his countryside home in Kent.
But things took a turn for the worse after their split at the beginning of the month, with Paul claiming that his ex had been “playing games”.
The pro baker reportedly had the locks changed on the house, and while he got to keep their pet rottweiler, Summer got to take their prize chickens – Karen, Frederica and Ciro – with her on her way out the door.
