A patient has the ‘world’s longest chunk of earwax’ pulled from his head in what is guaranteed to be the most disgusting video you will watch today.

Consultant audiologist Neel Raithatha pulled the brown clump out of the ear canal of his patient to find it measured 2.5cm.

That length is particularly impressive, considering the average ear canal only measures around 3cm.

Neel, from The Hear Clinic & Clearwax in Leicestershire, said he was stunned when he tackled the monster blockage on February 22.

Using endoscopic cup suction, Neel took hold of the wax, which was blocking the patient’s ear canal, and removed it in one whole piece.

He said: ‘Both the client and I were in complete shock.

‘My reaction upon removal was “wow” and the client’s reaction when he saw the piece of ear wax himself was to say “oh my goodness”.

‘Fortunately, the eardrum was intact and healthy.’

Lovely.
