Parents who are working from home during coronavirus lockdown show the VERY creative ways they’re juggling the kids


MILLIONS of parents have suddenly found themselves in the predicament of having to work from home while entertaining their kids 24/7. 

Some mums and dads are coping better than others, with these photos showing the inventive ways they are managing to keep their kids occupied.

One of the comical snaps, which has been posted on Twitter, shows a dad who has transformed his kid’s cot into a makeshift desk. 

This ingenious idea means the young child can’t get through the bars and ruin his work. 

Meanwhile another parent has given up entirely and playfully tied up their kids to keep them still. 

One mum had a similar idea, and showed her children lying down on the floor in a row with their hands bound, while she works on her laptop wearing headphones.

From last Friday, it was announced most schools were shutting, and with the recent lockdown being enforced, this now means many families are with each other full-time. 

With many adults now having to homeschool children, numerous funny memes have sprung up online about how they are coping.

Thankfully in self-isolation lockdown, celebrities are doing their bit to educate the children of Brits during this uncertain time by holding virtual classes on staple subjects, including science, maths, english, PE, dance and food tech.

This onslaught of starry goodwill comes as schools shut last week except to the kids of key workers – such as nurses, firefighters and supermarket staff.

With the pandemic estimated to continue until at least June, it could be many months before pupils find themselves back in a classroom.
