ENDLESS nights with your baby crying can make you feel defeated, but one baby sleep consultant and mother has shared her easy tip anyone can try.
Sharing the video on Instagram, Andrea, a baby sleep consultant and mother herself, shared her husband practicing the technique on their baby.
The mum shared in her Instagram post that she had complained about her baby not being able to burp and that this was causing her to not sleep well through the night or nap.
Andrea said somebody sent her this burping hack in response and it changed her and her husband’s lives.
A stuck burp can really mess with a newborn’s sleep and can be the difference between a peaceful sleep or screaming, the post reads.
To begin, he lines up the babies tailbone firmly on his thigh.

Better still, the event is completely FREE to attend – and as it’s virtual, tuning in while you’re mid-pamper and in your PJs is actively encouraged.
And if that wasn’t enough, all attendants will be in with a chance of winning one of 10 beauty goodie bags worth an eye-watering £500.

Whilst holding the baby, on his thigh he starts to move the baby’s body clockwise in small, slow circles.
He supports the head of his baby whilst moving her body and uses the palms of his hands to help keep her sitting up straight.
And that’s it, you just have to keep doing the technique until your baby’s burp comes out!
Although Andrea does disclaim that the advice she gives is not medical, many parents in the comments were seriously impressed with the hack.
The post has received over 20,000 likes and has been viewed over 1 million times.
One user wrote: “OMG. Was holding my 7-week-old as I saw this and he had been restless with his eyes closed. I sat him up in this position and he immediately let out a small burp and is relaxed! If this works at 5am I’m sending you a thank you!”
Another wrote: “Oh yes! I love this! in Holland we call it the disco burp.”
A third user wrote: “Ok I’ll try it! How long does it take?” She then replied: “OMG it took like 15 seconds!”
Another parent praised the hack saying, “This is magic, can never get my 12-week-old to burp, this has worked each time I’ve tried.”
Plus the identical twins giving birth weeks apart.
Meanwhile a woman has given birth to one of Britains biggest babies who went straight into 3-months-old clothes.
