PARENTS are raving about light-up trainers from Lidl which cost just £9.99, saying they’re perfect for the kids. 

The supermarket is selling the flashy shoes in store, which turn a range of colours, including red, yellow, blue and purple.

But if you can’t decide on your favourite colour the shoes have a flash setting, and they come with a charger so you don’t have to worry about the battery running out.

One mum spotted the sneakers in Lidl, and shared her find to Facebook group Latest Deals, Extreme Couponing & Bargains.

She said: “Trainers only £9.99 from Lidl’s! My boy is so fussy when it comes to shoes and he actually loves these and can’t wait to wear them.”
