Pamela announced her split from the 33-year-old Marseille defender last month in an explosive statement on social media.

The Baywatch star accused her toyboy lover of being a “lying monster” – who had a “double life” with his ex Sidonie Biémont.

And she accused him of physical abuse including allegedly crushing her hand while trying to restrain her.

The France national player has firmly denied the allegations.

BOUNCING BACK

But actress Pamela is now ready to move on since bouncing back from the broken relationship, according to friends.

One close pal told DailyMail.com: “Pamela has moved on and is happier than ever now that she’s free of [Rami] and his family’s toxic and selfish behaviour.

“Pamela has lost 10lbs since the breakup, and she’s happy about that.

“I guess a broken heart is an easy way to lose weight. But her heart will heal.”

PALS WITH ASSANGE

She is also keeping in contact via prison letters with jailed WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange.

The pair struck up an unlikely friendship when the fugitive was holed up in the Ecuadorian Embassy in London.

Pamela – who had travelled to Russia last year to see her husband play in France’s successful World Cup squad – announced their split in June.

She wrote on Instagram: “I’m devastated to find out in the last few days. That he was living a double life.

“It’s hard to accept. The last (more than) 2. years of my life have been a big lie.

“I was scammed, led to believe … we were in big love?”

CHARITY DUMPS STAR

Women’s charity Solidarite Femmes charity later cut ties with the star after after Pamela accused him of abuse.

Rami vehemently denies the claims – which he dubbed “completely false”.

He has previously told The Sun: “I hallucinate because it is so bad, those who know me know who I am and what are my principles, they know that this is impossible and that I’m incapable of doing such things.

“If she wanted to hurt me she chose very well.

“She knows that my commitment to the cause of violence against women is something very important for me.

“I respect the people at Solidarité Femmes that I have met, and their fight, far too much. It is really disgusting.

“It’s one thing to lie to keep a good relationship with her ex and her children but lying about violence in order to hurt me that’s going too far and it’s unjust.”
