Paddy McGuinness definitely seems to have his hands full in the best way during the coronavirus lockdown, with the presenter’s kids dyeing his hair pink

You never know, they could have started a new trend here.

The former Take Me Out presenter, 46, snapped a photo of himself looking just a little exasperated, with colourful patches in his hair.

‘I think I preferred the grey?’ he captioned it, and we have to disagree.

‘#thisbettercomeout,’ he added, and we’re kind of hoping he’s stuck with it for a little longer. Sorry Paddy!

Paddy and his wife Christine have been in lockdown with their three kids – Leo, Penelope, and Felicity.

However, Christine has opened up about feeling ‘thrown’ about what to tell them about the coronavirus pandemic, after her son asked her about it.

‘We have been telling them that everything is being cleaned because that’s what the school was telling them,’ she explained on Good Morning Britain.

‘It was just last night that Leo came out with the word “coronavirus”, “What is the coronavirus?”, “When is it going to go away?” And it really threw me and I just tried to keep it really simple, pick out the important bits.’

‘Again, explaining that coronavirus is something that is affecting a lot of people and we need to stay away from it, and that is why we need to stay at home,’ she added.

The 32-year-old went on to say that she tried to reassure her children that ‘everything will be safe again one day’.

Paddy and Christine share their three kids, who have all been diagnosed with autism.

With Autism Awareness Week coming up, the couple are set to voice characters on cartoon Daisy and Ollie to teach kids about autism.

In the episode, How Do I Make Friends With Theo, Daisy is seen introducing Ollie to her cousin Theo, who finds it hard to adjust to him.

Paddy and Christine will play Theo’s mum and dad, who help Ollie understand why Theo finds things difficult and how his autism means they understand things differently.

The series’ voice cast is fronted by Jason Manford, who also writes and produces the show, and the team worked with the National Autism Society to make sure the portrayal is sensitive and accurate.
