Katy Perry hit the headlines this week after collapsing during the American Idol auditions from a ‘gas leak’.
But Orlando Bloom’s been keeping a much lower profile than his fiancée by going for a simple stroll in Milan amid all the drama.
The Lord Of The Rings star jetted to the Italian city for Milan Fashion Week and seemed to be loving life as he took his adorable dog Mighty for a walk.
Well, he didn’t manage to go that incognito – he is still Orlando Bloom after all.
The minute the 43-year-old left his hotel, he was mobbed by fans and happily took selfies with them before climbing into a taxi.
Orly’s outing comes as an American Idol teaser clip revealed that his fiancée dramatically fell to the ground after a suspected ‘gas leak’ suspended auditions.
The footage from Sunday night’s episode showed guest judge Katy sniffing out the worrying scent of gas.
Asking her fellow judges, Lionel Richie and country star Luke Bryan, if they could ‘smell gas’ (never a good start to a sentence), things quickly escalated on set.
‘I have a slight headache from it, oh it’s bad, it’s really bad,’ Katy said, standing up from the panel.
Soon, the auditionees were evacuated from the building as the fire service was called.
Things then take a turn for the worse outside, with Katy saying: ‘I’m not feeling good’ before collapsing.
Yikes…
It comes after Katie gave fans an update on her wedding preparations with Orlando – and awkwardly revealed her Idol co-judges Lionel and Luke aren’t invited to the big day.
The Dark Horse singer told Jimmy Kimmel: ‘I can’t afford them! I mean, no – look, they have a lot of work to do, you know while I’m out getting married… again.’
She added: ‘But you know what, it’s so funny, I’m actually not a Bridezilla, I call myself a Bridechilla.
‘I’m like, I’m kinda chill but I am one of those girls where I got engaged February 14th and then I booked the place February 19th. I took it very seriously.’
