Orlando Bloom got a Morse code tattoo in honour of his son Flynn but might have got the wrong spelling.

The Pirates of the Caribbean star shared a snap of the sweet tattoo on his arm, which has his nine-year-old son’s name in Morse code as well as his birth date and time.

He posted on Instagram: ‘New #tattoo can you guess who?’

According to the picture, it looks like he may have accidentally got Frynn spelt out on his arm instead of Flynn.

The Morse code for the letter L is dot dash dot dot, while what Orlando got reads out as dot dash dot – which is the letter R.

Fans were confused about the meaning of the tattoo when the actor quickly confirmed it was a reference to his son.

Responding to an Instagram user, he wrote: ‘It’s Flynn in MORSE CODE and his dob [date of birth] and time.’

Orlando also shared a selfie with tattoo artist Balazs Bercsenyi.

He shares Flynn with his ex-wife Miranda Kerr who he divorced from in 2013 after three years of marriage.

Meanwhile, Orlando is currently with Firework singer Katy Perry and got engaged with her on Valentine’s Day 2019

They are rumoured to have set a wedding date for April, although they have not confirmed this.

A source told UsWeekly: ‘They changed the timing due to the location they want.’

According to the insider, the duo wants one ‘local’ wedding and another ‘destination wedding’.

Does this mean they’re paying for hotels and tickets for their guests for both weddings?

Plus, this might mean Flynn will soon get a younger brother as the actor once expressed he wants more kids.

‘I really want to enjoy family and friends, my beautiful son, and have more kids,’ he said.

‘I want to make sure when I embark on that, it’s with my heart full and very clear about the reality of what that means, as opposed to some romantic idea of what it means to be in a relationship.’
