Britney Spears has shared with her fans how she broke her foot in a video that makes for pretty painful viewing.

The pop star, who posted the clip to Instagram, warned that you can ‘hear’ the moment she gets injured.

In the video Britney, wearing a yellow crop-top and tiny black shorts throws some shapes to Mr. Brightside by The Killers.

The 38-year-old moves around barefoot, jumping along with the music as she went ‘full throttle’.

The Toxic singer captioned her Instagram post: ‘I haven’t danced in six months so I was full throttle at this spot !!!! And yes …. I know I’m barefoot …. don’t laugh but I grip the floor better that way !!!!

‘PS you can hear where I broke my foot here ….. sorry it’s kind of loud !!!!!’

Recently the singer’s boyfriend Sam Asghari shared an update from her hospital bed.

She showed off the cast on her foot which had the word ‘STRONGER’, the title of one of her hits, written across it.

Sam, 26, posted: ‘When you break something it tends to heal stronger specially when you’re my Girl…my lioness broke her metatarsal bone on her foot doing what she loves which is dancing, [sic].’
