OLE GUNNAR SOLSKJAER has challenged Jesse Lingard to raise his game and cut-out the bad decisions
Manchester United are believed to have disciplined the 26-year-old midfielder for posting a crude video on social media while on holiday with Marcus Rashford and friends in Miami last month.

That came on the back of an underwhelming campaign for the England international, who appeared to have lost his way his way a little last season.
But after impressing United staff with his stats and fitness levels so far in pre-season, Solskjaer wants him to continue that good work.
And the Norwegian wants him to remain focused on regaining the deadly form that made him a vital player for both club and country.
Solskjaer said: “Jesse knows what it is to be a Manchester United player.
“At times maybe he’s made one or two bad decisions but he’s made more good decisions than bad. He’s a top boy.”
Lingard has bagged several crucial strikes for United since his breakthrough into the first-team, most-notably his winner against Crystal Palace in the 2016 FA Cup Final.
But he only found the net five times last season and his manager insists that is not good enough for a player of his ability.

Solskjaer added: “Jesse has proved before with his big-game goals that he’s valuable. But of course I’m going to demand more of him.
“I think he will be the first one to know that his last season was not up to standard.
“What we have discussed can be between the two of us, but I expect more from him and he knows what I want.”
