Noah Centineo had a tough time taking a shower after dislocating his knee.

The actor suffered the injury while playing basketball last month.

On Instagram he shared his ‘ridiculous’ shower story with his fans as he went through the rigmarole of getting clean with a plastic bag over his injured limb.

‘Most ridiculous shower adventure of all time on my story’, he captioned a shirtless picture of himself getting scrubbed up.

The clips showed the 23-year-old struggling to get up the stairs, saying: ‘We ain’t practice this. The boy is quick! The boy is fast! He’s like lightning! What leg?’

Getting undressed with the help of a friend the actor says: ‘I’mma take my pants off. Listen, if you happen to catch a glimpse of what’s going on here, remember: I’m a grower, not a shower!’
