Nintendo Switch Lite bundle price slashed to £229 – and it includes free Spotify

The Nintendo Switch Lite launched back in September and has been flying off of store shelves – and will probably be one of this Christmas’ big sellers, but Currys PC World might just be the best place to pick it up.

The retailer is offering the Nintendo Switch Lite in yellow, turquoise and grey along with a choice of two games, and six months of Spotify Premium for just £229 – a saving of over £75.

The console is a handheld-focused, more portable version of the original Switch – making it perfect to throw in a backpack or to play on your commute. It weighs just 9.8 ounces, making it really comfortable to play for long stretches.

Add to that a Spotify Premium membership for 6 months (worth £60) and you’ve got an incredible deal. Both of the games available with the console are excellent, too – with both being famous titles from the historic Legend of Zelda franchise.

Breath of the Wild launched alongside the Switch in 2017, and offers a huge open-world for players to explore as they guide Link on his quest to save Hyrule from Ganon. It’s widely regarded as one of the finest videogames of all time.

If you’re after something a little cuter, or you’ve already beaten Ganon, the other game on offer is the excellent Link’s Awakening Remake that launched earlier this year. This Gameboy remake offers the most adorable Link yet, as he wakes up stranded on the mysterious Koholint Island and must find his way home. Express Online awarded the game four stars in a glowing review which you can find here.
