While in lockdown in the UK, Nicole has been in isolation with her boyfriend Thom Evans, who she met on the set of Celebrity X Factor last year.
The singer and the 34-year-old former rugby star have working out together to keep their bodies – and minds – active during the unprecedented lockdown due to the coronavirus pandemic.
They have also been sharing motivational workout videos and Tik Tok dance routines with Nicole’s 4.4 million followers.
Yesterday, Nicole captioned footage of the pair dancing to Mc Hammer’s Can’t Touch This: “Well… I finally gave in to @tiktok.”
“That’s what isolation does to you,” one user joked.
Another added: “Super power couple,” while a third remarked: “You two are just so fit.”
