Nicola McLean has issued a stark warning to young reality stars who are considering getting free plastic surgery in Turkey.
The 37 year old told the stars to be cautious when accepting free fillers, Botox and implants as she worries they may “take it too far because it is all free”.
Glamour model Nicole is no stranger to going under the knife herself, having reduced her breast size from a GG to FF, as well as having five litres of fat removed from her body.
However, the mum-of-two is concerned that the young reality stars will be overwhelmed with offers of free surgery once they leave the villa.
Speaking to The Sun, she said: “You get offered all this stuff for free so it’s really hard to turn it down.
“These places in Turkey – that I would never go to personally – offer all this stuff for free to these 20, 21-year-old girls and the girls do it because it’s ‘Oh my God, it’s amazing getting all this free stuff!.’.
“People feel like they can’t say no and I feel like that’s the danger, the fillers are free, the Botox is free.”
The former Celebrity Big Brother star admitted that going under the knife can become a vicious circle.

She added: “I just really feel like we need to be more honest about the fact these companies are offering this s**t for free to girls who are way too young to be doing it.”
Nicola said that while she understands that some people have issues with their self-esteem, she felt that the companies giving out free treatments were to blame.
Despite her warning to stars, the bombshell blonde also spoke about her own decision to go under the knife again recently.
Nicola explained that her previous breast implants were 13 years old and had “dropped so much” that she had to have them changed.

She added: “I had some liposuction done as well because I just felt I couldn’t get my tummy as flat as I want it.”
However, the TV personality added that she “pushing for perfection” with her multiple procedures.
