Nick Jonas wants to star a band with wife Priyanka Chopra and Mariah Carey and we’re all for it.
Speaking to Entertainment Tonight, Nick said he’s ‘down’ for the trio to collaborate if superstar Mariah is still up for it.

You see, the joke all started when Mariah posted a photo of the trio on Instagram with the caption: ‘Starting a new band… lol.’
Later that evening, when chatting to the publication after the Jonas Brothers’ show at Madison Square Garden in New York City and during the launch of his tequila brand, Villa One, Nick joked: ‘I’m down. If Mariah wants to start the band I’m for it.
‘Priyanka went to her show in London I think. Actually while we were there meeting with our London distributors for Villa One and she had the best time.’
He went on to explain how the trio met and it sounds like they’re all pretty tight now.
‘We were randomly at the same restaurant as Mariah, and unfortunately she couldn’t come to the show tonight because she had her own show, but in Vegas we’re going to go see Mariah,’ he revealed.
Nick tied the knot with actress Priyanka back in December last year and she’s often seen supporting Nick and The Jonas Brothers.
Nick, Joe and Kevin recently made their return to the MTV VMAs red carpet and Nick told fans he was feeling ‘blessed’ to be back at the big awards with his brothers after 11 years.
‘Pre VMA moments. Feeling blessed to be returning to the #VMAS stage for the first time in 11 years with my brothers,’ he told fans on Instagram.
It followed the Jonas Brothers making a comeback to the music biz, with the trio confirming their reunion in February earlier this year in what was possibly pop’s worst kept secret.
The Jonas Brothers are currently touring the US as part of their Happiness Begins tour.
Nick’s new BFF Mariah, meanwhile, will perform her ‘All I Want For Christmas Is You’ show at the Colosseum in Las Vegas for five nights in November, before returning to Vegas for her ‘The Butterfly Returns’ eight-night residency in February.
