Nick Carter confessed he’s getting emotional as he shared a video of his unborn baby’s heartbeat amid the feud with his brother Aaron.
The Backstreet Boys star couldn’t get enough of the adorable video as he shared the sonogram on his Instagram.
‘I’m starting to get emotional,’ he wrote. ‘#heartbeat #baby #newbaby #newfather #happy #love #godgiveuspeace.’

Nick and Lauren have been married since 2014 and they already share their son Odin.
However, the video comes after Nick got a restraining order against his brother Aaron, claiming he had threatened to kill his wife Lauren Kitt and the pair’s unborn baby.
Nick, 39, wrote on Twitter: ‘After careful consideration, my sister Angel and I regret that we were required to seek a restraining order against our brother Aaron today.
‘In light of Aaron’s increasingly alarming behavior and his recent confession that he harbours thoughts and intentions of killing my pregnant wife and unborn child, we were left with no choice but to take every measure possible to protect ourselves and our family.
‘We love our brother and truly hope he gets the proper treatment he needs before any harm comes to himself or anyone else.’
Aaron, 31, denied the claims, going on to re-share articles about a rape allegation made against his brother by former Dream singer Melissa Schuman.
Nick strongly denied the allegations – filed last February in regards to an alleged 2003 incident – and in September 2018, it was announced that the LA County District Attorney’s Office would not be pressing charges.
Since, Aaron has claimed he’s receiving treatment.
‘My brother got a restraining order a month and a half after he found out I supposedly wanted to kill…why would you wait that long, if you felt that way?’ he said, calling the order ‘malicious’ to TMZ. ‘I don’t even speak to Nick, everyone knows that.’
He added the likes of MTV have approached him for a possible TV show, before insisting he was seeking help for his mental health.
‘I’m privately working with [a doctor off a TV show] and he’s a legitimate psychiatrist and he worked with me last year,’ Aaron said, seemingly referring to his time on The Doctors.
