New on Amazon Prime for October 2019: New 'Modern Love,' more 'Goliath'


Amazon Prime had a huge Emmys night: Sunday, the streamer nearly swept the comedy categories with “Fleabag” and “Marvelous Mrs. Maisel.”

Will that translate to new subscribers?

Unclear. But if so, the newbies get to start off October with new shows including “Modern Love,” an anthology series based on a New York Times column.
