The former I’m A Celeb star, who has named her daughter Demelza Eira, shared the intimate photo with her 354,000 followers, captioning it: “Just a modern day milk mama.”

While thousands of people liked her post and praised her for ‘normalising’ breastfeeding, others raised concerns.

Fans hit out at Amy, claiming she may be damaging her body by wearing a waist trainer so soon after welcoming a baby.

Commenting online, one person said: “Are the waist trainers worth it?”

Another wrote: “Not being realistic at all and making fellow new mums feel like crap.”

A third commented: “Not meaning to preach but please be careful wearing the waist trainer so soon after birth I’m sure your supposed to wait a couple of months as organs ect are just moving back into place.”

While this person thought: “I would still think that you shouldn’t wear one till after your 6 week check. Your body is trying to adjust back and squishing it can’t be healthy.

“Loosing weight will not be due to waist training. I lost loads and that was due to breastfeeding. [sic]”

“I actually found they made me feel better/more secure after labour. Kinda felt unbalanced without.”

Amy confirmed she’d had her baby girl by posting an adorable snap on Instagram, showing her feet, captioning the image: “You’re REAL #lovebubble #newborn #newarrival #cocoonababy #imsoinlove.”

The Jump star, who welcomed Demelza with her fiance Daniel Day, was two weeks overdue when she went into labour.

But it was a bittersweet moment for Amy, who revealed she’d been pickpocketed hours before.

They took her phone, which contained her birthing plan, music playlist and voice notes.

She penned an open letter to the crook, saying: “Dear mr pickpocket, I do understand desperation often makes many of us turn to things we would rather not do.

“But I don’t think you understand the implications that stealing my phone (that I had just bought to take better pictures of my baby) last week has had on something really quite important in my life.

“I was #41weekspregnant and therefore became an easy target.

“Remember when you see a pregnant lady she is not just that big belly – that baby is her hopes, dreams and future and her every waking breath goes into building and preparing for that new life.”
