New interactive Bear Grylls series lets YOU decide whether the TV star eats poo

IF YOU’VE always wanted to make a celebrity eat poop, now’s your chance.

Following the ‘choose your own adventure’ as Black Mirror’s Bandersnatch, adventurer Bear Grylls puts his welfare in your hands with his new interactive series You vs Wild.

The survival expert put is life in your (virtual) hands as he runs through a series of dilemmas. At each turning point the show pauses and offers you two alternatives.

And yes, one of the alternatives is “should Bear Grylls eat bear poo.”

Hard to see who anyone would say ‘no.’ Unless maybe they were on their fifth or sixth time of watching.

Will you make him face down a hungry mountain lion? Will you make him climb a tree? You decide.

It’s been said that we, as a country, have had enough of experts. So it’s a natural development that we get to make an acknowledged expert make ludicrously bad choices just for our own amusement.
