New dates for Coachella, Rock Hall induction and other music events that rescheduled due to coronavirus

New dates have been announced for major music events that were postponed because of the coronavirus pandemic.

From festivals to awards ceremonies, organizers were sent scrambling in recent weeks as officials called for social distancing to help slow the spread of COVID-19. The mandate – aimed at slowing the spread of disease – meant music events had to be cancelled or postponed.

On April 5, when the Academy of Country Music Awards were originally scheduled, CBS will run “ACM Presents: Our Country,” a special featuring at-home performances from some of country music’s biggest stars.
