Strictly Come Dancing’s Neil Jones pointed at his bruises after practicing his new dance routine with Alex Scott. The pair are expected to perform the Argentine Tango on Saturday.
Footballer turned sports pundit Alex took to her Instagram stories to update her some 333,000 followers on her Strictly rehearsals.
She said: “Just run the routine. How you feeling Neil? Can you breathe?”
An exhausted looking Neil then jokingly collapsed to the floor.
He then said: “Check this out!” and pointed to what looked like a big bruise on his forearm.

“It was theatrical, it had a modern take, I thought it was really really great.”
Meanwhile judge Motsi Mabuse praised Alex and said she was “proud” of her.
She said: “I’m so so proud of you I’m so proud of that dance what I really loved is that you let go you just came through and attacked the dance, a few things happened but you were on it and I loved it.”
Neil and Alex’s dance chemistry has been undeniable, and there have even been rumours that they are dating.
However in an interview with Hello! they said that they are simply friends and focused on the dancing.
Neil, who split from his wife of six years Katya this summer, told the magazine: “There’s nothing on our minds but the show – we don’t have time to think about anything else.
“I’m single but I haven’t even thought about dating. Coming out of a long-term relationship I’m just focusing on Strictly.”
