Neighbours spoilers: Sheila Canning's death sealed as Gary's actions cause devastation?

Sheila Canning (played by Colette Mann) has been trying to make things right with her son Gary (Damien Richardson) ever since she teamed up with Paul Robinson (Stefan Dennis).

Neighbours viewers watched as Paul and Sheila pushed the stalwart’s daughter, Amy Williams (Zoe Cramond), towards Gary’s son Kylie Canning (Chris Milligan).

Despite Gary already having struck up a romance with Amy, the unlucky-in-love Ramsay Street resident stepped aside.

However Gary hasn’t forgiven his mum for teaming up with his arch nemesis.

In upcoming scenes, Sheila attempts to make amends with Gary but he refuses to accept her apologies.

Devastated, Sheila throws herself into gathering donations for the Foundation.

Paul then takes a swipe at Sheila after her mood puts people off pledging money.

Hitting back, Sheila lashes out at Paul as she feels like he’s got away with it and she’s taken the blame.

Later on, Shane Rebecchi (Nicholas Coghlan) comes looking for Sheila when she hasn’t turned up for work but when she lets Toadie Rebecchi (Ryan Moloney) down at the Foundation, her loved ones really begin to worry.

At first, Gary tells everyone there’s no need to panic and believes his mum has disappeared for attention.

However Amy and Kyle think something more sinister has happened and call the police.

Alarmingly, Mark Brennan (Scott McGregor) reveals Sheila was last seen in a distressed state.

Realising the gravity of the situation, Gary steps in and tries to help find his mum.

But could Gary have lost his mum for good?
