Revealing more about the harrowing Christmas storyline, Stefan added: “It gets pretty fraught. Obviously, his son is in extreme grave danger with a life-threatening need for a kidney donation.
“That’s starting to pull at the strings of other people. The lead up in trying to find a donor, that starts, not dividing the street in such a way, but making people have to make strong decisions.
“The twists and turns are quite brilliant in this storyline and it’s going to have the audience on the edge of their seat. It’s drama and intrigue at its best.”
