NBA 2K20: Smallest players in the game – Isaiah Thomas, Tyler Ulis & more

NBA 2K20 is finally here, full of new features and interesting tweaks to the format.

The long-awaited basketball game that takes over the sports gaming world has officially launched and fans all across the world are already diving into 2K Games newest and greatest hit.

Basketball has always been a game dominated by taller players. We have witnessed some freaks of nature enter the league throughout the year and take the game vertical in a way most players can’t compete with.

Contrasting this is the opposite side of these genetic freaks; the smaller players that have managed to enter the league. For a lot of these players, they are doubted every step of the way as people are not convinced they will be able to score against a seven-foot NBA center.

Historically, the shortest player ever to lace up in an NBA game was the 5’3″ Muggsy Bogues, who was the point guard for the Charlotte Hornets during Michael Jordan era. Modern-day NBA has seen some short players but not to that extreme, with this in mind who are the shortest players present in 2K20?

The former Kentucky guard is next up on our list. Drafted by the Phoenix Suns in the second round during the 2016 NBA Draft, Ulis was once a part of the legendary Kentucky team that did not lose a regular-season game.

Although having immense success at the college level, Ulis has not been able to translate this over to the NBA.  Phoenix has been abysmal over the last few NBA seasons and has been famous for not having a stable point guard during this streak. Ulis filled this void for a bit but was ultimately traded and then bounced around a few times in the G-League. He is however in NBA 2K20 but as a free agent, maybe you’ll be able to find a roster spot for him.
