Myleene Klass recently gave birth to her new-born son Apollo and she could not look happier as she was spotted out and about with her eldest daughter Ava.

The presenter, who gave birth to her and Simon Motson’s son on 1 August appeared to be gearing up to return to work as she was seen heading to the Global Office Studios in London.

The presenter, 41, carried baby Apollo in a leopard-print baby sling as her 12-year-old daughter carried a baby cradle in one arm, helping her mum.

They didn’t mind the cameras and spent time laughing and cuddling each other as little Apollo slept soundly against Myleene’s chest.

Myleene wore a flowing maxi pink dress, cream jacket and black slippers and her daughter matched jackets, channelling the mini-me aesthetic.

The mum of three recently revealed that she and Simon wanted their son – and first child together – to have a ‘strong’ name, prompting them to choose Apollo, the god of the Sun, light, prophecy, music, science and many others.

It’s certainly a name to live up to.

‘Apollo is the god of music and dance – my two passions,’ she revealed to Hello magazine last week.

‘We thought it was such a strong name and at 8lbs 5oz, he was a strong, bouncing boy.’

The former Hear’Say member, who also has daughter Ava and Hero, eight, with ex-husband Graham Quinn said giving birth to Apollo wasn’t easy.

‘My waters broke and I was in the birthing pool,’ she explained. ‘We had a really easy first three hours, to the point that I thought we would all be home by 7pm.

‘But I don’t remember what happened next. I lost five hours of my life and it was a pretty complicated birth in the end.’

Despite the difficulty of her labour, the actual pregnancy was ‘magic.’

‘Having a baby in your forties is an extremely different experience,’ she said.

‘I love the night feeds – it’s a privilege to look at his little face during the night. I know how quickly this will go. I’m loving every single minute. I even miss my baby bump. I put on over five stone. I want to savour every second.’

Simon and Myleene shared the arrival of their latest bundle of joy on Instagram, captioning a photo of Apollo’s tiny hand wrapped around her finger: ‘01.08.19.’
