Myleene Klass showed that being a celebrity isn’t all glitz and glamour as she shared a video breast pumping backstage at the Global Awards.

The 41-year-old welcomed her third child, Apollo, last August and looked uber glam as she stepped out on Thursday evening in a floor length floral lace gown and some seriously extra earrings.

But behind the scenes, things were not quite as flashy, with Smooth Radio presenter Myleene giving audiences a very honest look at life as a working mum as she pumped breast milk backstage.

Surrounded by her glam squad, the mother-of-three shared a giggle with her team, commenting: ‘It’s actually quite comforting, isn’t it’ as her cheeks were brushed with blush, boob still in hand.

If there’s one thing we love, it’s Myleene’s honesty.

It’s not the first time that the TV personality has spilled the beans on breastfeeding, sharing a snap as she fed her son during a New Years’ getaway to the Maldives with partner Simon Motson.

Myleene also has two daughters, Ava, 12 and Hero, eight, from her marriage to Graham Quinn, who she’s preparing well for adulthood by recently teaching them how to save a life with a class from St John Ambulance.

‘Many will know, I’ve used first aid to help my family in the past,’ said Myleene on social media.

She continued: ‘Its terrifying at the time but empowering to know how to save a life.’

And it turns out the tips came in handy, as Ava explained how they’d put what they learnt into practice the very next day.

‘Well a lady fainted on the train and was really hot and so they asked for medical assistance so momma went out…’ Ava said in the clip, with the woman in question being ok in the end.

‘It’s perfect timing, we just did a first aid course.’
