The possibility of a My Chemical Romance reunion tour in the UK has been teased on Twitter.
The band have posted a picture of a hooded figure wearing a skull mask, with a very important caption: the Union Jack flag.
Fans have exploded with excitement, even though there has been no confirmation of what this mysterious post means as of yet. Some are even talking about booking flights to the UK.
Having not performed together since 2012, the band announced that they would be reuniting and touring back in October last year.

At their first reunion show just before Christmas in Los Angeles, fans were so moved and excited about their return that they took to Twitter in their droves to report that they were all crying off their eyeliner. N’aw.
One emotional fan shared ‘I’m not crying there’s just eyeliner in my eye,’ and another posted: ‘GUYS MY EYELINER IS RUNNING DOWN MY FACE.’
After their performance, the band posted a thankful message to their fans: ‘From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for the warm welcome back. We truly did not expect this. See you soon. Xoxo, MCR.’
The band’s reunion was almost rumbled and upstaged ahead of time by Joe Jonas’ admission that he’d heard the band rehearsing next door a few months prior.
This year, the band will play dates in Melbourne and Sydney in Australia as well as New Zealand and Japan.
There are now even rumours that they will play Coachella – what a treat for current and former emos all over.
Consequence of Sound previously reported that the Helena singers will be marching their way into the Californian desert to give us set we’ve always wanted, but later retracted the statement.
The band may be confirmed at a later date, so keep your eyes peeled.
