Music mad parents are delighted when their baby girl makes the heavy metal ‘horns’ sign from inside the womb

MUSIC mad parents were overjoyed when their unborn baby made the “horn” hand gesture from inside the womb.

Jodie Lee and Davie Langham from Eastbourne had been playing Red Hot Chilli Peppers and Queen tracks to their daughter, as well as Motown classics and Andrea Bocelli opera, but were stunned when they saw their little girl at the 24-week scan.

Now 18 months old, Isla Langham is still a huge music fan, with 31-year-old mum Jodie explaining she’s their “little rock chick”.

“As soon as we saw her hand we thought it was the best thing ever. We loved it,” Jodie said.

“Isla showed her love of music before she even arrived and now she’s our little rock chick.

“It was a video scan, so the midwife went through and showed us the whole body.

“For the last bit Isla was hiding her face, so I poked my belly and said ‘can you just show Mummy and Daddy that you’re okay?’

“As soon as I said that she put her hand up.

“It’s fantastic when you get to see your baby anyway, but Davie was overwhelmed.

“She’s our little miracle and we’d wanted her for so long.

“He went from having tears in his eyes to getting the giggles.

“You get excited at the scans anyway because you realise it’s actually a person in there, but we were even more excited to meet her after that.

“It still makes us smile and laugh now.”

Little Isla regularly dances to  dad, 32-year-old Davie’s music, with Jodie explaining “she’s obsessed”.

“As soon as she hears music, even from a passing car, she’ll stop, put both her hands in the air and bounce up and down or shake her bum. She never stops.”
