A MUM whose toddler is battling stage-four cancer was horrified to receive a vile note from a neighbour telling her to tidy her ‘messy’ garden.

Randa Ragland’s world was turned upside down when her three-year-old son, Jaxen, was diagnosed with Neuroblastoma stage 4 cancer.

Just days before his third birthday, doctors had delivered the devastating news.

Writing on her GoFundMe page, Randa said: “They told our family the most earth shattering news. Jaxen was diagnosed with Neuroblastoma stage 4 cancer.

“He has cancerous cells in his bone marrow. And it is covering 75 % of his body.”

The mum-of-five says her and her husband’s life revolves around hospital visits for Jaxen, who has autism and is non-verbal, following his diagnosis last October.

Which is why she was horrified to find a vicious note left by her neighbour, complaining about the state of her front garden.

The anonymous homeowner left the letter – written in capitals – shaming Randa over her yard.

It said: “Neighbour – please take pride and straighten up the exterior of your house.

“Your eyesore is affecting the resale value of our homes.

“Who wants to buy a house near you and look at that daily?

“It does not take that much effort, all you have to do is give a s***.

“Do better!!!”

My son has literally been fighting for his life. He is truly the bravest person I know.

Randa, from Alabama, shared the cruel note on Facebook, where she explained how caring for Jaxen takes up most of her time.

Alongside the note, she wrote: “Our lives consist of doctors’ visits And clinic appointments.

“Then we do hospital stays for chemo and transplants, and surgeries.

“My son has literally been fighting for his life.

“He has been hospitalized more than 20 times had over seven surgeries.

“He is truly the bravest person I know.”

She went on to say the neighbour could have been kinder, even if they didn’t know her situation.

“Your eyesore is affecting the resale value of our homes.

“Who wants to buy a house near you and look at that daily?

“It does not take that much effort, all you have to do is give a s***.

“Do better!!!”

Randa added: “Say hello to people, just kindness.

“It’s crazy how things like this can truly change a person.

“Maybe the owner of this note might see this, and maybe not.

“But either way I feel this may touch someone and that is enough in itself,” Kidspot reported.

Randa is currently fundraising for Jaxen’s care, and to help support her other children.

She described her son as a “sweet loving child”.

Randa explained: “Jaxen prognosis is 40-60% of living and beating this disease.

“He has tumors behind his eyes  And in his kidney.

“Jaxen has a long road ahead of doctors visit and treatment. He has to get two years of chemo.

“Radiation and stem cell transplant and surgery to remove the tumours.”

So far they’ve raised (£11,281) $13,690 of their goal £20,601 ($25,000) goal on GoFundMe.
