New mums have enough on their plate, without having to worry about organisation and storage space.
But a woman on TikTok has revealed a brilliant hack, which can make life a whole lot easier for new parents.
Macy McCaslin has shared a video on how to store babygrows, so they free up space in a wardrobe or drawers – but are also incredibly easy to find.
Her hack involves turning the onesies upside down and placing multiple flat on a single hanger.
Then, you use the button poppers to do the all-in-ones up, before hanging them in the wardrobe.
Macy explains that you can fit three on one hanger at a time, plus you can easily see which outfit is where.
It also means you use less hangers in the process and have more room in drawers for other bits and pieces.
‘If you are a mum and your baby is still in onesies, I have a mum hack for you,’ Macy says in the video.
‘Whip your onesies over, snap them, you can hang three on a hanger – not only does it create more space but you can also see what you have.’
Fellow parents have praised Macy for her creative trick, deeming it ‘super smart.’
One person replied: ‘I was just thinking I don’t have enough drawer space.’
Someone else added: ‘I was just redoing my son’s closet and ran out of hangers. You saved the day.’
However, others have stressed they simply don’t have the time or energy for this.
One mum said: ‘I am not ashamed to say I do not have patience for this and everything is thrown aimlessly into drawers, but this is a cute idea.’
