A MUM has shared her genius hack for keeping her baby quiet using nothing more than an emergency foil blanket.
Nicole Goodman took to the Facebook group Extreme Couponing & Bargains UK, run by money saving mum Holly Smith, where she shared her top tip.
She wrote: “Mums and dads if you won’t to keep baby entertained while you get some ironing done or just so they can have fun get some of this she loves is cheapest toy I’ve brought her.”
She accompanied her post with a video of her daughter who is kept quiet and content as she wiggles around on the blanket, usually used to keep people warm in emergencies.
The blankets can be purchased for just £1.42 for a pack of two on Amazon and can also be found in Poundland, making for some very cheap entertainment.
Fellow group members were seriously impressed with Nicole’s tip, with many agreeing they would be trying it on their own babies.
