Mum creates amazing adventures for daughter by drawing on their driveway

Abbey Burns Tucker is a mum to four girls and they’ve all been at home throughout lockdown.

Not wanting her daughters to miss out on adventures, Abbey, from Atlanta, Georgia, has been drawing scenes on her driveway for them to enjoy.

Most of the pictures feature her youngest daughter Charlotte, three, but her sisters Montana, seven, Cheyenne, 10 and Aspen 13 have also been involved.

Abbey has drawn a circus, underwater scenes, a beach, slides and a toadstool for her to perch upon.

It started a few days into lockdown with some balloons and each day they have been dreaming up something new to draw.

Charlotte loves getting into character, dressing up and posing in the perfect position to make the scene work.

The older girls like to help with the drawing process, shading in the shapes with chalks.

Once they are happy with it, Abbey stands on a ladder to snap the picture from above.

Of course, they have to do them around any rain showers to stop the chalk being washed away.

Every day, Abbey posts their drawing of the day on Facebook, alongside a funny caption, and people have been loving them.

‘These are so adorable, makes my heart smile,’ another added.

‘I’ve given up trying to pick a favorite. They are all my favorite in their own way,’ someone else said.

We’ve chosen some of our favourites below but you can follow the rest of Charlotte’s chalk adventures on Facebook.
