TOWIE stars Megan McKenna and Gemma Collins and former Love Island contestants Olivia Buckland and Alex Bowen are among the celebrities who have signed up for MTV’s rebooted Cribs.
The classic TV show is returning to our screens and will invite fans into the homes of their favourite celebrities.
The cult programme has not aired for 10 years and will spotlight the houses of a group of reality stars, nearly 19 years after viewers got a tour of Beyonce’s residence in the 2000 Destiny’s Child special.
UK’s very own diva, Collins, will take fans around her hometown of Brentford while fellow Essex natives McKenna and Jess Wright will also make an appearance.
British boxing champion and former I’m A Celeb star Amir Khan and his wife Faryal will invite cameras into their two houses to see their Rolls Royce and Khan’s Olympic medal.
Newlyweds Bowen and Buckland – who met on Love Island – will show viewers around their marital home and introduce fans to their dogs, Reggie and Winnie.
Fans of the dating show will also be pleased to see former contestants Eyal Booker and Georgia Steel open up their doors to the public.
Britain’s Got Talent’s Ashley and Jordan Banjo will make a surprise appearance at fellow Diversity dancer and Celeb’s Go Dating’s Perri Kiely’s home in Essex.
The series will also feature Joey Essex, Charlotte Dawson and Team GB hockey player Sam Quek and many other British famous faces.
MTV’s Cribs first aired in 2000 and ran for 17 seasons in total.
In 2017 the channel launched a Snapchat original series that featured guests including Bella Thorne for a short-lived online reboot.
Cribs airs on MTV UK from August 19 at 8 pm.
