Travis Scott gave his number one little lady Stormi a special mention while accepting his win at the MTV Video Music Awards on Sunday.
It was a successful night for the Sickomode rapper, who won best hip hop video for his single Franchise, featuring Young Thug and M.I.A.
The 30-year-old was on-hand to accept his award in person at New York’s Barclays Center in Brooklyn.
Looking dapper in an all-black get-up, Travis proudly clung onto his moonman and said: ‘I first want to thank God, my mom, Stormi,’ he said referring to his three-year-old daughter who he shares with girlfriend Kylie Jenner.
He added: ‘All the amazing fans out there—I love you all so much. We couldn’t do it without you all.’
Ending on a motivational note, Travis concluded: ‘Before I go, I just want to tell you all, love is the biggest thing that we could ever hold. Spread love, and everything will be OK. Everybody to your left and to your right is your friends. I love you all so much!’
Travis made no mention of Kylie, who is currently pregnant with their second child. However, the cosmetics guru showed her support for the rapper from home and shared a photo of him accepting his award on TV.
Kylie announced last week that she and Travis were expecting their second child, sharing an emotional video of her pregnancy journey so far.
In the Instagram clip, the reality star could be seen showing her rapper beau her positive pregnancy test, before they were joined by their daughter for a doctor’s appointment.
It also featured the moment Kris Jenner found out she would be a grandmother once again, making this grandchild number 11 for the matriarch.
As she was handed an ultrasound scan photo, she asked her youngest child: ‘Are you pregnant? Stormi, we’re gonna have a baby! This is one of the happiest days of my life.’
Kylie and Travis split in October 2019 after two years of dating but remained friends and were seen to amicably co-parent Stormi. However, rumours that they were back together began circling earlier this year before Kylie confirmed they were having another child.
