Mohamed Salah injury update as Liverpool star hobbles out of Tottenham victory

Mohamed Salah was the hero at Anfield on Sunday after firing the winning goal – but his afternoon was cut short by injury.

Liverpool scored two second-half goals to overturn a 1-0 deficit against Tottenham and maintain their unbeaten run.

The 27-year-old has only just returned from an ankle problem, and boss Jurgen Klopp confirmed after the match that he had suffered a recurrence of the injury.
