She recently opened up about her post pregnancy body, admitting that she feels no pressure to reach the weight she was before giving birth.

And Millie Mackintosh took to Instagram on Monday night to share a video of one of her impressive home workouts.

Millie teamed the item of activewear with matching gym leggings that highlighted her pert posterior.

The reality star overlapped the video with Megan Thee Stallion’s Savage Remix (feat. Beyoncé) as she showed off her impressive fitness skills.

Millie used a resistance band to do several squats, the plank and lunges before also doing a series of weight work.

She captioned the video with: ‘I am missing the gym but I have been following a program to build my strength using @trainwithid.

Pairing her trousers with a white top, Millie held her hands on her hips as she looked down toward the camera.

She captioned the post: ‘I did something wild this weekend… I wore trousers without an elasticated wristband! #lockdownlife’

Millie later took to her Instagram story to share another snap of her in the same jeans, adding: ‘Today I made the effort to put some make up on and a pair of jeans instead of lounge wear… even if it’s only for a few hours it makes a big difference to my mood!’

The star previously discussed her postpartum figure and plans for a second baby during a Q&A session on Wednesday.

Millie told fans she is 11lbs (5KG) heavier than before giving birth to daughter Sienna, nine months, who she shares with husband Hugo Taylor, 34.

She insisted that she isn’t attempting to regain her pre-pregnancy weight and is focusing on maintaining a strong mental and physical health.

Sharing a snap of her wearing a black sports bra and turquoise gym leggings, she said: ‘I am about 5KG heavier than pre-pregnancy currently and feeling great.

‘I am not aiming to be the same weight as before. My goal is to feel strong physically and mentally. I work out because I enjoy it not to meet a certain weight on the scales.’

Millie also shared a photo from when she was pregnant with her first child and confessed she has no idea how much she weighed at the time because she stopped using the scales.

The mother-of-one showcased her burgeoning bump in a black bikini and wrote: ‘I didn’t know because I didn’t weigh myself during the last months of my pregnancy or the first few months after… be kind to yourself! Your body grew a baby human.’

‘I would love a sibling for Sienna, I feel very lucky we have her and we’ll have to see I’m definitely not in a hurry to do it, I’d quite like an age gap.’

Millie is currently in lockdown with Hugo and Sienna in their West London home and also offered followers advice on how to get through it.

Giving her tips for staying positive, she wrote: ‘Exercising at home or going for a walk every day. Speaking to friends and family on FaceTime/Zoom. Cooking my favourite meals, playing with Sienna. Listing the things I am grateful for.’
