The 26-year-old singer, who was spotted kissing Carter on a yacht in August – just days after announcing her split from husband Liam Hemsworth – wants to now be by herself, claimed E! on Friday.

The whirlwind romance, which lasted six weeks, was called off by the Party In The USA star, according to the publication’s source.
“Miley leaned on Kaitlynn throughout the divorce and she felt that they moved far too quickly,” the source adds of the former couple.
“Miley made the final decision to split with Kaitlynn.
“Her relationship with Kaitlynn is over and she wants to be on her own.”
The breakup reportedly came as a “total shock” to Kaitlynn.

The insider claims that a serious relationship is the last thing on wild child Miley’s mind, especially as she only married heart-throb Liam Hemsworth last December.
“Miley loves her autonomy and is a free spirit. And she doesn’t plan to remarry anytime soon”, they said.
“Despite her breakup with Liam, she’s actually doing really well.”
Miley and Kaitlynn – who was previously married to Brody Jenner, Caitlyn Jenner’s son – indulged in some full-on PDA in Lake Como within hours of announcing her split from her long-term sweetheart Liam.

They were married in Nashville in December 2018 after their home in Malibu burned to the ground in wildfires.
Their love story has been going strong on and off for 10 years after they met on a film set.
Liam has been spotted taking time out in his native Australia since the split, while Miley is on vacation with her mum Tish and sister Brandi.
“Miley is leaning on her family now,” E!’s source adds.
“She is getting support from her family and just wants to move on, just being around family members is what is keeping her grounded right now.
