It sounds like it’s already all over for Miley Cyrus and her new girlfriend Kaitlynn Carter.
Just a month after getting together, the girls have reportedly split but are vowing to stay friends, despite going their separate ways.
A source told People: ‘Miley and Kaitlynn broke up. They’re still friends, they’ve been friends forever and were there for each other when they were both getting separated.
‘But they’re just not in a romantic relationship anymore.’

The pair’s romance has been nothing short of a whirlwind and news of their relationship first emerged just days after Miley announced she and Liam Hemsworth were separating after less than a year of marriage.
She was seen kissing Kaitlynn during their ‘hot girl summer’ trip to Lake Como in Italy and Miley was forced to deny cheating on Liam with Kaitlynn, who split from husband Brody Jenner weeks earlier, when questions were raised about the overlap of her new relationship.
Since then, their romance has continued to heat up. Kaitlynn was seen hanging out with Miley’s mum Tish Cyrus and the girls couldn’t have looked more in sync as they stepped out in matching outfits while out in Los Angeles, earlier this month.
It was reported that Miley and Kaitlynn had been living together too, with sources claiming the Wrecking Ball singer has ‘no regrets’ about splitting from Hunger Games actor Liam.
Liam has since filed for divorce and, according to The Blast, he and Miley could settle things as quickly as October, thanks to a clever pre-nup that will make dividing their assets easy.
Their ‘very specific’ agreement will see the former couple keep ownership of their property and neither will pay spousal support to the other.
It’s reported Miley will be keeping the pair’s pets and despite California law stating any money earned during marriage would be classed as ‘joint property’, this is reportedly a ‘non-issue’ between the pair.
Liam and Miley dated on and off for over a decade before tying the knot at their Nashville home in December 2018.
