Michelle Pfeiffer shares touching tribute after her dog Freddie passes away

Michelle Pfeiffer’s beloved dog Freddie has passed away.

The 61-year-old actress broke the sad news on her Instagram account on Tuesday, sharing a photo of Freddie along with a touching tribute.

‘RIP our beloved Freddie [HEARTBROKEN EMOJI]’ began the caption.

The caption concluded, ‘Thank you for 18 years of love & pure joy [PRAYER HANDS]’. 

Michelle and husband David E. Kelley also have another dog named Bella Blue. 

In February 2019, the Scarface actress introduced her fans to Freddie with an Instagram post that read, ‘Meet Bella Blue’s big (in age only!) brother Fred. Can’t see or hear and only 7 teeth, but still has a ton of cuteness.’

Michelle and her Big Little Lies writer husband meanwhile paid a reported $22.5 million for a six bedroom Pacific Palisades residence back in January.

Michelle and David have since set about remodeling the property to their own tastes, but unexpected lockdown laws in the fight against the novel coronavirus COVID-19 have temporarily disrupted their plans. 

Michelle married producer David, her second husband, in 1993. The couple are parents to son John Henry, 25, and 27-year-old daughter Claudia Rose.
