Michelle Pfeiffer has said she had a Me Too moment with a ‘high-powered person’ in the movie industry.

The iconic star of Batman Returns, Scarface and this month’s Maleficent: Mistress of Evil opened up about the experience in an interview with The Sunday Times.

Speaking about the #MeToo movement as a whole, Michelle said: ‘First, I thought, “Well, I didn’t experience that,” but then as time went on I started going, “Well, actually, there was that one time.”‘

She then briefly addressed ‘one incident,’ adding ‘I am not going to share — but I look back and I cringe. I was really uncomfortable and it was inappropriate. I put it in a drawer. I was 20, and it was with a high-powered person in the industry.’

The 61-year-old then revealed that she is thinking of writing to the man in question.

The actress also had some advice, from one Catwoman to another, for actress Zoe Kravitz.

She said: ‘Make sure, whilst designing the costume, they consider how you’re gonna go to the bathroom. Minor detail, but it’s an important one.’

Michelle was behind probably the most iconic portrayal of the character in 1992’s Batman Returns.

The Big Little Lies star will play Catwoman opposite Robert Pattinson in the upcoming Batman film.
