Michelle Heaton collapsed from dehydration and was rushed to hospital during her Balinese getaway.

The former Liberty X singer sheepishly admitted she puked up a ‘£150 meal of sushi and sashimi’ at a posh restaurant and was ‘very, very, very sick’.

The reason?

She had a classic case of ‘Bali belly’ – or food poisoning, as the uninitiated might call it.

Michelle was hooked up to an IV in hospital, before being released in a wheelchair and spending the night puking up.

Discussing her night of hell on her Instagram Stories, she told followers: ‘There wouldn’t be a holiday Heaton-style unless something major happened.

‘Last night I collapsed from severe dehydration. It just goes to show you need to drink lots of water.’

Michelle added: ‘My problem was I had Bali belly at the same time.

‘I was dripped up to an IV and I’m much better now.’

She warned followers to take precautions with food on holiday.

‘Be careful what you eat and drink in foreign countries – especially the ice – because I was not very well at all,’ the singer admitted.

‘I was very very very sick.’

The 40-year-old then talked about her ‘shameful’ night where she ‘threw up an £150 meal of sushi and sashimi all over the restaurant and the hotel and outside the taxi as well.’

We’ve all been there, Mich.

Now that Michelle’s recovered from her digestive ordeal, at least she can see the funny side.

She posted several snaps of herself lying in hospital, as well as in a wheelchair covering her face with her hands.

‘Oh the shame,’ she wrote, alongside the hashtags ‘#balibelly #dehydration #iv #dehydrationrehydration’.
