Mel B is all about saving the environment and first stop comes with putting an end to water wastage as she showered with her dog today.

The star was getting ready to go on stage for her Brutally Honest tour in Leeds when she jumped into the bathroom naked with the family pet.

Hey, we all battle for Mother Earth in our own ways, right?

Getting nude with her pooch, the Spice Girls singer shared a video of herself under the water, holding her tiny dog in her arms.

While the cleanliness factor might raise some eyebrows (a little counter-intuitive to get into the tub with an animal, right?) fans were perplexed by the move.

Looking shocked for the camera, she stood side on as to keep her privates shielded from the lens.

She captioned the shot:  ‘Showering cookie for my show tonight #brutallyhonest yippeee @leedsgrandtheatre #clean #dogs #show #ready’.

Her celebrity pals laughed at the display, as they took to the comment section.

Peter Andre shared a series of laughing emojis, while Duncan James wrote: ‘Good luck tonight babe xx.’

Others weren’t so positive, with one asking: ‘Who showers with their dog?’

Er, Mel B? Obviously.

Some other curious punters just wanted to know who was taking the video.

Sharing the nude shot to Instagram, Mel is all for ditching the clothes as she previously explained she’s never felt more comfortable in her own skin.

Speaking to The Mail On Sunday she recently said: ‘For a long time I didn’t know who I really was. I’ve always been known as loud, wild, big-mouth Scary Spice and that is part of me, but it’s not all of me.

‘All I know is I’ve never felt more relaxed, more myself and happier since I’ve been here. I feel entirely comfortable in my own skin.’

She also recently opened up on dealing with ADHD and anxiety, heralding exercise as being the best aid for her.

During her appearance on Paul McKenna’s Positivity Podcast, she said: ‘I work out to help my mind. I do have ADHD, as well as dyslexia and dyspraxia.

‘Exercise helps me meditate and get rid of my anxiety. It helps me focus on me for that one hour. I do have mental illness, you have to be a little bit crazy to do what I do.’

She added: ‘I do suffer from anxiety, but I try not to get too stressed out about it.’
