Meghan Markle uses this Hollywood health tip to beat illness amid transatlantic lifestyle

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry have announced they will be splitting their time between the UK and Canada while working towards becoming “financially independent” of the monarchy.

However, it is also reported that some doctors have warned against the use, saying it may not have any positive effect.

The Duchess of Sussex also goes on to talk about her must-have medications which she always packs in her luggage.

She always takes a high-strain probiotic to ensure good gut health.

The actress-turned-royal has also listed tea tree amongst her must-haves.

In 2014 she reportedly said: “It’s not the most glamorous thing, but if you get a cut, a mosquito bite, a small breakout, no matter what it is, it’s my little cure-all. It’s inexpensive, it’s small enough to carry on, and I bring it with me all the time.”

The royal couple recently announced that they plan to travel a lot more than they already do, as they decide to split their time between Wanda and the UK.

The pair released a statement explaining their desire to step back from their role in the royal family and become “financially independent.”

In a statement, Harry and Meghan said: “It is with your encouragement, particularly over the last few years, that we feel prepared to make this adjustment.

“We now plan to balance our time between the United Kingdom and North America, continuing to honour our duty to The Queen, the Commonwealth, and our patronages.”

The pair also added that the move was largely to benefit their young son.

The statement continues: “This geographic balance will enable us to raise our son with an appreciation for the royal tradition into which he was born, while also providing our family with the space to focus on the next chapter, including the launch of our new charitable entity.”

However, the news has resulted in backlash from several notorious figures in the media, including journalist Piers Morgan.

Morgan spoke out about the decision on Good Morning Britain, saying: “You quit everything. You quit your friends, you quit your family, you quit your dad, you quit your ex-husband, you quit everybody.”

“That’s fine, that’s your right Meghan,” he added.

Piers continued: “But you’re not going to have taxpayer money to have it in any shape or form in my opinion.

“You don’t get the 24-hour security, you don’t get the travel, you don’t get Frogmore cottage.”
