The Love Island star, 25, was celebrating her 25th birthday on Wednesday, but proved there was no time to rest as she squeezed in a quick photoshoot amid enjoying a lavish spa break with her mother.
Clearly a pro at multi-tasking, the reality starlet also found the time to refollow her ex on social media.

The couple broke off their relationship in January after the blonde claimed Wes’ Dancing On Ice partner Vanessa Bauer orchestrated her own break-up with ex Louis Nathaniel in a bid to generate headlines ahead of their skating debut.
However, last week Megan told her Love Island beau she missed him by way of a response to a shirtless selfie shared by her ex via iMessage and Instagram.

Shortly afterwards, it emerged that Megan was following her beau once more.

The reality star rang in the day with a relaxing breakfast in her hotel room, but was seen later in the day taking part in a shoot.
Nipping out for a smoke, the starlet was seen with her hair in rollers and clad in just a pink dressing gown as she puffed on a cigarette.
Earlier in the day, the stunner shared snaps of her lavish celebrations on a luxury spa break with her mother.
