Decorated with tiny pearls and lace detailing, the outfit hugged her slender frame as it fell to the ground.
The Bristolian, who is thought be currently dating UK rapper Stormzy, added a stunning silver serpent necklace by way of accessories.
Her black hair was parted at the side and slicked down in a wet look style, with a stylish curl gelled to her forehead.
With dark eyes and a deep brown lip, her makeup was a throwback to old school Hollywood beauty.
White open-toed sandals and a simple glossy manicure completed the jaw-dropping red carpet look.
Before she arrived at the award ceremony, the MTV presenter made sure to share a hasty video clip of the look with her Twitter followers.
