Matt told viewers he is self-isolating after one of his family members developed a cough.
Presenting from home, he said: “There’s four of us here in this household and this afternoon and one of us has a cough so we’re following the Prime Minister’s guidelines.”
Boris has warned people to stay at home for seven days if they have a new, continous cough or a high temperature.
People should also self-isolate for 14 days if someone in their household is showing symptoms.
