Married At First Sight's Tash Herz blames the experts for matching her with 'incompatible' bride

‘What were they thinking?’ Married At First Sight’s Tash Herz blasts the experts for matching her with ‘incompatible’ and ‘aggressive’ Amanda Micallef

Married At First Sight‘s lesbian bride Tash Herz, 31, has blasted the show’s experts for matching her with Amanda Micallef, 34.

Appearing on Tuesday’s episode of Today, the tattooed bartender questioned why John Aiken, dating expert Mel Schilling and psychotherapist Dr Trisha Stratford paired her with someone so ‘incredibly incompatible’.

‘I have had so many people that know me so well just go, ‘What were they thinking?” she lamented.

‘We have different fight styles. She is really aggressive. I don’t care, call it passionate, it’s not passion it’s aggression,’ said Tash of her fiery clash with Amanda on Monday’s episode.

‘And I just can’t be around that kind of level of anger because I do shut down, which is ironic because it’s the opposite of what she was trying to pull out of me,’ she said.

Tash said she was so ‘triggered’ by watching Monday’s blow-up with Amanda that she plans to sleep through tonight’s episode.

However, despite her misgivings, Tash insisted that she doesn’t regret going on the show, as the experience taught her about staying true to her feelings.

‘It taught me a lot about how you really need to trust yourself, even when you’re getting questioned,’ she said.

Tash reached breaking point on Monday’s episode after moving into an apartment with Amanda.

The brunette spectacularly accused her strength trainer ‘wife’ of not respecting her boundaries and repeatedly pressing the issue of physical intimacy.

‘I feel guilt that I rejected her and hurt her, but I’m struggling to give Amanda what she wants,’ Tash told producers before the pair got involved in a screaming match.

Tash, who has made no secret of the fact she isn’t physically attracted to Amanda, then decided to move out of the couple’s shared apartment.
