‘I wanted to stab him with a knife!’ Married at First Sight’s Ning Surasiang makes eyebrow-raising comments about ‘husband’ Mark Scrivens

Married At First Sight’s Ning Surasiang made a shocking comment while reflecting on her rocky start to ‘married’ life with Mark Scrivens, 41, on Wednesday’s episode.

At the dinner party, the Townsville mother-of-three told the other couples that she wanted to ‘stab him with a knife’ when they first met.

The camera then panned to fellow ‘bride’, Jules Robinson, who looked taken aback by the confession.

Ning, 32, made the shocking remark after Mick Gould brought up how the couple initially disliked each other when they met.

‘Oh yeah, I wanted to kill him,’ Ning replied.

Mark then said: ‘The first four weeks of this we hated each other.’

As Ning then said it was a ‘horrible’ time, the rest of the group gushed about how far they have since come as a couple.

Daily Mail Australia has contacted Nine for comment.

Despite ending the conversation on a high, it appears that the couple may throw in the towel during this Sunday’s commitment ceremony.

In a preview that aired on Wednesday’s Talking Married, Mark is shown desperately trying to fix things as he pleads with his wife not to leave him.

‘I just hope you don’t base your decision on what everyone else around you is saying. We’ve worked hard to get where we are now,’ Mark said in the clip.

Ning seemed to be having second thoughts about their marriage while telling her ‘husband’ that he didn’t handle the situation with Jessika Power very well.
