Married at First Sight mum reveals she named her baby daughter BABY

NO question about it – choosing a name for your baby is one of the most important decisions you can make as a parent.

But just when we thought we’d heard all the weird and wacky baby names to take the internet by storm, one reality star has gone and blown them all out the water with the rather unusual moniker she chose for her daughter.

Currently starring in the Australian version of Married at First Sight, Susie Bradley, 25, revealed that she decided to name her baby daughter BABY after falling pregnant with her childhood sweetheart.

Although she originally suggested the Dirty Dancing-inspired name as a joke, the cosmetic nurse was delighted when her ex agreed with the apt name.

The reality star told The Daily Telegraph: “When I was in high school, I used to write a list of names I liked for my children and that was always on my list.

“Then when it came to naming our daughter, we just weren’t set on anything so one day I jokingly said to my partner at the time, ‘we should just call her Baby’, and he agreed.”

However, the unusual choice of name hasn’t been without some complications – especially on her daughter’s legal documents.

Susie added: “On her Medicare card it had her name, Baby but then it has a full stop after it which signifies she’s not a baby, her name is just actually Baby.”

Discussing her close relationship with her daughter, the single mum said: “We have the best relationship. The best moment in the my life to date is the second that I held her.”

Since splitting with Baby’s dad a year ago, Susie is now looking for lasting love on Married at First Sight – a reality series which marries couples who have never met before based on the results of a personality test.

Let’s just hope no one puts her daughter in a corner… sorry, we couldn’t resist.
